Becky Cannon founded i play.^® in 1982 out of a desire to share the natural products she used as a mother with other parents. Becky had her first daughter, Emi, while living in Japan, where she studied natural foods and taught at the Dream Window Kindergarten for three years. After moving back to the States, and while preparing for the birth of her second daughter, Mari, Becky missed the unique baby products she discovered while living abroad.

Soon, Becky began importing wool diaper covers from Japan in order to make them available for other parents in the States. Today, Becky, Emi, and Mari are the mother-daughter owners of i play., Inc., and they continue to focus on creating the best baby-friendly products for other families. What started with one mail-order item has grown into a family of brands, offering hundreds of natural baby products.
